Fast food is very popular and saves time for busy working people. However, it is not healthy. Do you know a person who has never been to McDonald's? McDonald's serves millions of people in more than 100 countries each day. McDonald's restaurants sell "fast" or "junk" food — hamburgers, chips. Such food is very popular, especially with children and teenagers. Personally I like hamburgers, cheeseburgers, apple pies. This food is tasty, cheap. It saves much time. I don't have to go to a supermarket, cook and then wash up. Besides, I like the atmosphere of McDonald's. There I can relax, enjoy the food and meet with my friends and relatives. But experts say that fast food makes people very fat. I think If your food includes hamburgers, chips, hot dogs, pizzas and Coke, Pepsi, Sprite and others, you may have serious problems with your health. Finally, I think, we should eat less fast food and more fruit and vegetables. But sometimes you can eat pizza or hamburger.
