A Lion and a Mouse
One day, a Lion was sleeping in his house. A Mouse was running near the house. She ran into the Lion’s house, jumped on his head. The lion was angry. He took the Mouse in his strong paw. “What are you doing, silly Mouse?”, roared the Lion. “I am going to kill you”. The Mouse was crying. “Please, don't kill me. Who knows, perhaps one day I can help you”. The Lion laughed when he heard it. He thought it was a joke. But he let the Mouse. Some days later, the Mouse is running in the forest. Suddenly she sees the Lion in a big net. The net is a trap. The Mouse begins to chew the net. She is making big holes in it. Soon the Lion is free. “There”, says the mouse. “You see how a little Mouse can help a Lion”.
