Unusual houses
Do you want to live in a castle, tree house or even underground house? A lot of people live in the unusual houses these days. (A) An old-fashioned house: Last year John and Mary built a real castle. It is in Sussex. This house is new with all modern technologies. But it looks like an old English castle. It is very spacious. But it is not practical to live in a castle. (B) A hidden house: If you don’t look carefully you won’t see Tom’ s house. It is under the ground. You can see only the front door. Tom’s house is very quiet and cosy. It is very practical and not expensive. (C) A nest-like house: John built his house on the tree. At home he didn’t have much space. So he built a tree house in his garden. This house has one main room and a bedroom and a balcony. (D) A crystal-like house: Two years ago Bill built unusual house. He made it of glass. His house is not very big but it is cosy. It is safe inside the house too. His house has got only three rooms.
