Summer rain

dropdown The worst days of any summer are the rainy ones. We always look forward to nice weather and long, hot days. We dream of those hot days at the beach. And then, summer comes, and it rains. As a child, I cried on rainy days. It wasn’t fair. We worked hard at school and had terrible weather during the rest of the year. When I could not spend a day at the beach or playing ball with my friends, I was very sad. dropdown On those rainy summer days, I had nothing fun to do. I was an only child, so there was no one else to play with. My father worked at home, but he could not play with me because he was busy. On that day I usually watched TV or read a book. dropdown But now I am an adult. And I have changed my opinion about rain. When you work all day in summer, rain is not such a big problem. Now I understand that it is more comfortable in rainy weather.
