Eat a medium-sized breakfast, a light lunch and dinner. Snack on grains, fat-free dairy products, nuts, seeds and fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water and avoid sodas fats and sugars. Avoid eating large portions, and eat only when you are hungry, never because you are bored, emotionally taxed or stressed. dropdown The human body requires regular exercise for health, but many people don’t follow good exercise habits. They don’t walk much during the daytime. They prefer to drive a car. Regular exercise can help prevent chronic diseases, such as high blood pressure. It is not difficult to do morning exercises or to go to the gym after work.
