Travelling
There are different ways of travelling. People usually travel by car plane, train, ship. (A) Travel by bike: The cycle rickshaw is a popular means of transport in small towns and villages of India and Asia. In India children go to school by these bicycles. It is slow and safe. They are also comfortable and cheap. (B) Travel by taxi: In Thailand people often travel by taxi. But these taxis are unusual. They are elephant taxis. People can travel on the back of the elephant. It is not very comfortable because it is bumpy. (C) Travel by dogs: In Countries with lots of snow, such as Greenland, Canada people use dogs and sledges. It is the best way to travel across the ice and snow. Four dogs usually pull the sledge. (D) Travel on foot: These days a lot of people like travelling on foot. It is called hiking. Usually people walk to the mountains for a long time. It is not comfortable but it is cheap.
